I've worked on a variety of projects in the Brand, Product, Web, Digital, On-Air and Social space. Most common deliveries are video production, website designs, network rebrands & refreshes, advertising campaigns, live streaming events, and digital content creation.

I manage projects through careful planning, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving. I break down projects into manageable tasks, set realistic timelines, and regularly communicate progress with the team and the clients. If unexpected challenges arise, I assess the situation promptly, adjust schedules if necessary, and ensure all stakeholders are informed.

Flexibility is key in creative production. I have experience managing unforeseen challenges and adapt to changes by reassessing plans, reallocating resources, and finding creative solutions, by collaborating with the team, to keep the project on track and within budget. However, sometimes scope changes are more extensive and require reassessing the budget. In that case, I like to facilitate swift and open communication with clients, to ensure that everyone's expectations are in-line.
